Which items are not eligible for the coupon's extra discount?
Apple products, Rolex watches, Nintendo Switch consoles and their accessories/games, PlayStation consoles, game software, some Panasonic products, DJI products, some FUJIFILM products, sale items, and second-hand goods are eligible for 10% tax-free only, with no extra discount.
Can I use a screenshot, or must I show the original web page?
You can use a screenshot or saved image, but make sure the barcode is clear and complete. If it can't be scanned due to low screen brightness or a blurry image, try increasing the brightness or reopening the original web page.
Are alcoholic products discounted too?
Japanese sake (except specific brands such as Dassai and Hakkaisan) is eligible for tax-free + an extra 3% off. Note that alcohol usually needs to be paid for separately at the store's dedicated liquor counter.
Can I use this coupon at Bic Camera in the airport?
