Can I use a screenshot of this coupon?
No. The Don Quijote e-coupon barcode changes over time, so you must open the dedicated link and show that live web page. Screenshots usually cannot be read by the scanner.
Which items are excluded from the extra 5% coupon discount?
Tobacco, alcohol, POSA prepaid cards, items priced over ¥100,000 (before tax) each, and certain restricted-brand products are not eligible for the extra discount.
Can I use the same coupon more than once in a day?
The same traveler can generally use the same coupon link only once per day at the same store. If you need to check out multiple times, take turns with your companions or shop on separate days.
Can I use it at any Don Quijote in Japan?
It works at Don Quijote, MEGA Don Quijote, and their tax-free branches throughout Japan. It cannot be used at stores that do not offer tax-free service.
Can I pay by credit card or e-payment and still use the coupon?
Yes. You can use the coupon whether you pay by cash, major credit cards (VISA, JCB, Mastercard, etc.), Alipay, or WeChat Pay.
