About Trip Planning

• My trips disappeared after logging in again. What should I do?
  Funliday uses third-party login methods. Different login methods correspond to different accounts. Please confirm which login method you used previously and log in again with the same method.
• I always used Facebook to log in, but my trips are gone after logging in with Facebook this time. Why?
  This usually happens when you have more than one Facebook account. Please use your phone's built-in browser (Safari or Chrome) to go to Facebook and log out, then return to Funliday and log in again.
• I accidentally uploaded a personal photo to a place's photo gallery. What should I do?
  Tap on the photo you uploaded, then select the "..." menu in the top right corner to report an error. We will remove the photo within 1-2 days.
• Why are map routes shown as straight lines?
  The route information and estimated times are completely accurate. However, due to a significant increase in map data costs in 2018, rendering actual routes on the map requires substantial resources that we currently cannot afford. Routes are displayed as straight lines for now, and we are actively working on a solution to improve this.

About Product Orders

• How do I change the time of a booked trip?
  If you need to change your trip schedule, please email our customer service at cs@funliday.com. We will coordinate with the vendor to reschedule. This usually takes 1-3 business days.
• Can I cancel a booked trip?
  Yes, but refund policies vary by vendor. You may only receive a partial refund upon cancellation. Funliday cannot guarantee a full refund. To cancel, please email our customer service at cs@funliday.com and we will coordinate with the vendor.
• How long does it take to receive a refund after cancellation?
  Once we confirm your cancellation, we will arrange a credit card refund. Due to bank processing times, refunds typically appear on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days.
